Converted from an old wine storage barn, this dwelling overlooks a wide, communal courtyard area shared with other houses. Beyond this courtyard there is a little path that leads to a nice, sandy beach. This house is an excellent base for visiting some of the most interesting places the island has to offer. From the Aeolian Islands to the old town centres of Taormina and Cefalù, from the close archeological site of Tindari and the Marinello nature reserve to the typical towns of the Etna and of the Nebrodi Park.
The nearby locality of Patti is an ancient Sicilian small town situated on the northern coast of Sicily, 65 Km away on the western side of Messina. In its surroundings beautiful beaches of sand alternate to rocky cliffs in one of the most attractive stretches of shore all over Sicily.
